Woolacombe - 22-06-2010


Summer is early in England and we decided to take little Sebastian to the beach for the first time in his life. The nearest beach is Weston Super Mare but that beach is more mud than sand and there is no sea so we decided to drive a little bit further to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe.

Fish and Chips in Ilfracombe.
Walking uphill is not so easy.

We (Gerda and Willy) enjoyed this website. ou have had a wonderfull day (time?) at the beach of Devon!.

We can see, that Sebastian is full of joy in the sand and we wish you a lot more of these days on the beach!

22-08-2009: Have you ever heard of The Lynches? It is the name of the woods we walk through on our way to Chipping Campden. These woods feature on a few pages on this website. Well, there is now somebody living in The Lynches, Ray Mears style (or is it John Rambo?).
