3500 caoerils = 1 pound. That's about 500 caoerils a day. So if you drink, say, two regular sodas a day now, you could cut those caoerils by drinking diet soda or water (water is better) and you should lose a pound a week. Add exercise to your routine, you could conceivably lose 2 pounds a week. It just depends what you currently eat and how much you exercise. If you are already doing good, it will be harder to take off. The key to keeping it off is by consuming less than you burn. It's up to you whether or not you will take it off and keep it off. It's all about will power! You can do it!
